Maintain detailed records of payroll transactions and billing details. Reconcile payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. Coordinate with finance and reputed company teams to prepare for audits and financial reporting. Respond promptly to employee inquiries about payroll and billing issues. Update and maintain payroll software and billing systems.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or Payroll Specialist. Strong knowledge of payroll procedures and relevant legal requirements. Familiarity with payroll software and billing systems.
