As an Internal Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the internal technology platforms of the firm and support of our employees technical needs. The goal of this team is to design, implement and support solutions for our internal staff. You will be working with a mixture of services, vendors, and applications. Working on these solutions will include research and development of new solutions, implementation of established solutions according to best practice/documentation, and creating documentation of the solutions. Responsibilities: Work with the Internal Support Manager to reputed company and execute the Internal support Team reputed company Work with internal staff on support solutions Research and reputed company service reputed company processes and solutions Create documentation for support best practices Automate existing processes Research and reputed company new systems and tools to improve efficiency and scalability Manage the systems used by staff to reputed company their duties Proactively work cross-functionally to build relationships and rapport amongst highly technical and non-technical co-workers Identify potential obstacles and suggest operational and reputed company improvements · Participate in organizational initiatives to improve functions, processes, and technology for reputed company Technica and clients Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience Highly organized with excellent communication skills Goal-oriented individual Proven ability to solve problems creatively Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent analytical skills Experience working with reputed company technologies and infrastructure · Excellent communication skills Desirable Qualities: Managed Services experience Experience with MS SQL, MySQL, or reputed company databases Experience creating PowerBi reports Experience with Azure services · Experience with reputed company/Office 365, Azure AD reputed company Technica is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
