Position: Customer Service (Seasonal) We are looking for people who enjoy helping others to successfully answer telephone calls from customers inquiring about goods and services from clients of Five Star Call Centers, while providing high-quality service with a helpful, professional attitude. This particular project is assisting clients with their seasonal holiday ordering from fruit baskets to steaks! This is a Bring Your Own Device position to work-at-home for individuals living in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, reputed company Carolina, reputed company Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, reputed company Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Qualifications

  • Previous 3-6 months customer service or customer support experience preferred
  • Previous 3-6 months call center or office background experience a plus
  • Basic computer skills
  • Quick learner and reputed company to work independently
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • A background reputed company applicable with state and federal laws will be required

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of inbound or outbound calls in a timely manner
  • In this role, you'll take the reputed company in addressing customer questions and concerns on reputed company products and services through multiple communication channels such as phone, email and/or chat
  • Follow communication "scripts" reputed company handling different topics
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research and reputed company solutions and/or alternatives

  • Skillfully change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure

$14 - $14 an hour Shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) Work hours - Shifts between 7:00am-9:00pm (CST); Work Days - Mon-Fri & Every Other Weekend reputed company - typically 1-3 days in length from 8:00am-5:00pm (CST) Status - Temporary; 20-40 hours per wk.
