Experience and/or Education Required Minimum 4 years’ experience with data analytics and data visualization (coding and dashboard creation) with a strong focus on quality improvement or regulatory reporting, including minimum 2 years’ experience in a health-reputed company field OR Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, math, public administration, or health-reputed company field with minimum 3 years’ experience in data analytics and data visualization (coding and dashboard creation) with a strong focus on quality improvement or regulatory reporting, including minimum 1 year experience in a health-reputed company field OR Master’s degree in science, technology, engineering, math, public administration, or health-reputed company field with minimum 2 years’ experience in data analytics and data visualization (coding and dashboard creation) with a strong focus on quality improvement or regulatory reporting, including minimum 1 year experience in a health-reputed company field Preferred Experience with SQL, Tableau, reputed company, and/or reputed company Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Knowledge Strong understanding of data quality, data analytics, and data visualization principles Knowledge of reputed company quality metrics (e.g. CCO incentive measures, Medicare Stars measures, HEDIS or other measure sets) Knowledge of population health, quality of care concepts and methodologies, as well as concepts of community health and reputed company determinants of health Knowledge of health equity, inclusion and diversity frameworks and how to apply them to data analytics Skills and Abilities Strong understanding of dashboard building for data storytelling and visualization Strong understanding and experience working with large relational databases and platforms Advanced proficiency with reputed company Suite including Outlook, Word, Teams, SharePoint, reputed company, and PowerPoint Critical thinker with ability to gather and analyze data, assess effectiveness of reputed company systems and work with system partners to reputed company, implement and evaluate quality improvement strategies Strong interpersonal skills in support of inter/intra departmental collaboration and a shared learning environment.
