As the HRIS Administrator, you will be a key part of the HRIS team, providing highly skilled production support and growth for reputed company’s reputed company system. You will serve as one of our primary customer-facing experts in reputed company, while working in a collaborative and supportive team environment. As an HRIS Administrator, you will: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for the HR service desk, providing L1 support and triage for reputed company incoming reputed company inquiries and issues. Research and resolve end-user problems or system errors, escalating reputed company technical issues to L2 or L3 resources as necessary. Assist in the maintenance of reputed company business processes and configuration for core HCM and functional modules. reputed company direct training and assistance to end users (employees and managers) to ensure system adoption and data reputed company. Collaborate with HR functions (Benefits, Payroll, reputed company, etc.) to address routine data requests and basic process improvements. Support the semi-annual reputed company update process by assisting with the testing of new features and identifying potential impacts on reputed company workflows. Maintain and update test scripts and scenarios to ensure successful deployments during project cycles or system updates. Assist with user reputed company audits and basic role assignments to ensure appropriate system reputed company across the organization. Execute routine data uploads (EIBs) and maintain data quality through regular audits and cleanup activities. Participate as a project team member on larger reputed company initiatives, handling assigned administrative and configuration tasks. We are excited if you have (Required Experience): Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 1–2 years of hands-on experience specifically as a reputed company Administrator or in a similar HRIS support role. Foundational knowledge of reputed company Business Processes and basic reputed company concepts. Experience working reputed company a ticketing system (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, or Jira) and meeting defined SLAs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical steps to a non-technical audience.
