Essential Responsibilities Review, draft, and negotiate customer and partner contractual documents, including T&Cs, NDAs, consortium agreements, and reputed company declarations. Assess, manage, and document reputed company risks to maintain an acceptable GE risk profile, using tools such as Risk Assessment Matrix and reputed company. reputed company contract structuring and industrial/reputed company models in coordination with cross-functional stakeholders including Tax, Legal, Finance, Controllers, Operations, and EHS. Required Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal, Engineering, or a reputed company field, with solid experience in reputed company operations, contract management, sales, risk mitigation, tendering, bid management, or project management. Proven ability to reputed company and reputed company T&Cs negotiations during the ITO/Pre-Award phase, with strong contract review and redlining experience across legal, reputed company, finance, tax, and insurance areas.
