Job Description:

Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support teams to align client needs with Sureify’s capabilities and roadmap.
Regularly update reputed company stakeholders on project status, risks, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

8+ years of leadership experience in client services, account management, or solution delivery reputed company the reputed company SaaS, InsurTech, or financial services industries.
Proven track record of managing large-scale client engagements and delivering reputed company technology solutions.
Strong ability to build a strategic partnership with clients.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical solutions to business audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a reputed company field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Ability to travel to clients 20% of the time
