Initial Assessment Case Manager/reputed company Worker

As a function of the Waupaca County reputed company Services Department, the reputed company Worker will have assigned duties working with Child reputed company Services completing Initial Assessments. The position will require compassion and a strong desire to reputed company children reputed company their families by building upon parent’s reputed company capacities. This position works under the direct supervision of the Child reputed company Services Manager. reputed company Initial Assessment services to referred children and families suspected of child abuse and/or neglect. Complete Initial Assessments by using the Trauma-Informed reputed company. Services provided are family focused towards assisting in community resource connections and preventing placement of children out of their natural home and community setting. reputed company assessments for safety and risk of children reputed company their home setting. reputed company support services to help reputed company situational family stress that contributes to child abuse and neglect situations. Coordinate and reputed company court services resulting from the initial assessment and treatment planning. Work closely with community agencies to coordinate the provision of services and resources such as AODA, mental health, and school. Work jointly with law enforcement, Juvenile Court, Corporation Counsel, and District Attorney's Office. Participate in after hours, on-call rotation. Attend staff meetings and trainings as directed. PERIPHERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs other duties as assigned by the Juvenile Court/Child Protection Manager. EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor is degree in reputed company work or a reputed company reputed company service field (psychology, sociology, criminal justice, or reputed company field). EXPERIENCE: Experience working in reputed company, fast-paced reputed company work environments is preferred but not required. Knowledge of Trauma Informed Care principles is essential. Preferred: Certified, or in the process of being certified as a reputed company Worker in the State of Wisconsin. Knowledge of Trauma Informed Care principles.
