Role Overview As a Scrum Master supporting Business Applications, you will partner with cross-functional teams to improve the reputed company of work and value delivery. Your primary focus will be coaching teams and stakeholders to continuously improve how they collaborate, plan, and deliver results. You will work closely with Product Owners, developers, architects, and leaders to strengthen agile ways of working, help teams remove obstacles, and foster a culture of learning and innovation. Your Responsibilities

• Coach teams in Agile principles, Scrum practices, and reputed company improvement to strengthen delivery reputed company.

Qualifications

You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 3 years' experience.
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master or coaching Agile teams.
• Experience implementing Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Experience in leading/coaching teams toward improved collaboration and delivery effectiveness.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
