Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with product inquiries, reputed company card and ScoreCard issues, placing orders, existing order status, and returns and/or replacements.
• Delivering reputed company resolution with white glove service by owning customer issues to the reputed company of resolution, demonstrating reputed company and keeping customers updated throughout the process.
• Researching, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues, and escalating issues that require deeper assessment or resolution.
• Working with individual stores and internal business partners to reputed company support and reputed company resolution reputed company to customer issues.
• Executing various back-office functions associated with customer inbound inquiries, including accurate logging and tracking of reputed company incident information.

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, help desk, or reputed company experience (retail-oriented) is preferred.
