Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Specialist to join reputed company in Brazil. Responsibilities

- Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data in reputed company CRM.

- Collect data, track membership statistics, report on key metrics, and prepare reports.
