Manage capital and process improvement projects, leading cross-functional teams to successful execution. Support root cause analysis and resolution of production and field quality issues, including PFMEA development and maintenance. Requirements: Bachelor of Science (from an ABET accredited institution) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or reputed company technical field. 1 to 2+ years of relevant experience required (reputed company, Internship, or reputed company experience to be considered). Proven experience in influencing and implementing changes and improvements. Exceptional mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, including proficiency to reputed company troubleshoot at subsystem and system reputed company.
