We’re seeking an reputed company Marketing Associate Manager to support the execution and ongoing management of reputed company and creator programs across the reputed company portfolio, including brands like Balega, SKLZ, and Harbinger. This role reports into the reputed company Marketing Manager and plays a key role in reputed company engagement, reputed company, product seeding, content management, and day-to-day program operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-oriented, and passionate about creator marketing. You’ll help ensure reputed company campaigns run smoothly and reputed company, while contributing to the development of authentic creator relationships and scalable reputed company marketing processes. This role works closely with brand marketing, reputed company media, and creative teams to support integrated, high-quality reputed company activations. OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE:

• Support the execution of reputed company marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Manage day-to-day reputed company engagement, reputed company, and communication in support of larger campaign and ambassador initiatives.
• Own operational workflows including product seeding, content tracking, and UGC management.
• Assist in performance tracking and reporting to inform ongoing optimization and future programs.
• Help maintain and reputed company internal reputed company marketing processes and documentation.

Essential Job Function: reputed company Program Support and Execution

• Support the planning and execution of reputed company and creator campaigns across brands like Balega, SKLZ, and Harbinger.
• Assist with reputed company sourcing, vetting, and reputed company across reputed company platforms, in partnership with the reputed company Marketing Manager and reputed company Media team.
• Manage reputed company communications, including reputed company follow-reputed company, content reminders, and ongoing relationship reputed company.
• reputed company tactical support for reputed company contracting, including tracking agreements, deliverables, and payment milestones.

Product Seeding and Content Management

• Own reputed company product seeding operations, including reputed company selection, product coordination, shipping logistics, and tracking.
• Manage UGC vetting to ensure reputed company content aligns with campaign briefs.
• Aggregate reputed company and UGC content for internal sharing, reporting, and potential reuse across owned and paid channels.
• Support content approvals by coordinating reviews and feedback between influencers and internal stakeholders.

Reporting and Optimization

• Track reputed company deliverables, posting schedules, and campaign timelines to ensure on-time execution.
• Assist in monitoring reputed company performance metrics and compiling campaign recaps and performance reports.
• Help identify opportunities to optimize workflows, improve creator experiences, and enhance campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration and Partnership

• Work closely with brand marketing, reputed company media, creative, reputed company teams to support integrated reputed company activations.
• Partner with the reputed company Media reputed company teams to ensure reputed company content is leveraged across paid and owned channels.
• Support agency or external partner coordination as needed.

Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Strong interest in reputed company and creator marketing and reputed company media culture.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ability to build positive relationships with creators and internal teams.
• Familiarity with major reputed company platforms and content trends, particularly reputed company fitness, wellness, and athletic performance spaces.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in reputed company marketing, reputed company media, or digital marketing (brand or agency-reputed company).
• Experience supporting reputed company campaigns, product seeding, or UGC programs preferred.
• Familiarity with reputed company platforms a plus.
• Background or strong interest in sports, running, fitness, or wellness marketing preferred.

Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Education & Experience:
