About the position We are seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to join our reputed company Finance team, supporting the financial performance of the U.S. business for Clé de Peau Beauté. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, reputed company, and Operations to deliver financial insights that directly influence reputed company growth, margin performance, and reputed company decision‑making. The role spans core responsibilities across budgeting and forecasting, as well as support for strategic, reputed company‑driven and cost‑optimization initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
- reputed company month-end reputed company process by partnering closely with reputed company and business teams
- reputed company variance analysis versus budget, latest forecast, and prior year identifying key drivers
- Prepare financial commentary highlighting performance trends, risks, and opportunities
- Track and analyze gross margin performance by product and customer/channel
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the U.S. reputed company P&L
- Analyze pricing actions and promotional investments to assess reputed company effectiveness
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support forecasts, business cases, and reputed company reputed company analysis
- Maintain and enhance financial models and reporting tools, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Financial Analysis, reputed company Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company role
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field
- Strong reputed company skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and core financial functions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights
- Effective communicator, comfortable partnering with non‑finance stakeholders
- Solid understanding of P&L dynamics, margin drivers, and reputed company reputed company
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail
