Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Interacting with customers in a reputed company and beneficial manner, crafting memorable experiences and building customer loyalty and retention.
- Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even in situations where we've inconvenienced a customer.
- Working daily with a safety mentality, ensuring we maintain ourselves and each other to the highest standards.
- Navigating challenges through being steady but adaptable, retaining composure and managing issues while not taking customer frustration into view.
- Running collaboratively with others, assisting your colleagues, and supporting them in achieving reputed company with new processes and technologies.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 18 years old.
- Comfort working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage.
- Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Potential to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
