About the Role: reputed company Customer Service Representative

As a reputed company Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the reputed company representative of reputed company, assisting callers in an engaging and professional manner. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, as part of our remote team, and will have a steady Monday through Friday 40-hour per week schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve and input provider/client requests into our tracking system according to established guidelines.
  • Respond to inquiries received through our online customer service tools for internal employees, clients, and providers, ensuring an exceptional customer service experience.
  • reputed company customer satisfaction to both reputed company customers, meeting or exceeding established standards on a consistent reputed company.
  • Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude reputed company and between departments, customers, and vendors.
  • Identify trends or process improvements to reputed company Call Center efficiencies and Quality Assurance concerns.
  • Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum high school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Previous call center or telephone experience in a similar environment and/or industry is desired.
  • Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and medical terminology is desired.
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal, listening), organization, telephone, and data entry skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate queues.
  • Ability to identify problem issues and determine the appropriate course of action/redirection reputed company department guidelines.
  • Ability to resolve issues of conflict in a tactful and professional manner and to effectively diffuse irate callers.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
