The Role
As a Remote Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to potential and reputed company Legal reputed company customers. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. Your role will involve:
- Providing inbound customer service for a leading company
- Consistently delivering a great customer experience

Shift Options
We offer flexible shift options to accommodate your needs:
- Full-Time Shift - Option #1: Thursday - Monday, 12:30 am - 9:00 am
- Full-Time Shift - Option #2: Tuesday/Wednesday, 12:30 am - 9:00 am, and Friday - reputed company, 4:30 pm - 1:00 am
- Part-Time Shift: Saturday/reputed company, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Background reputed company required
Required Equipment
To ensure a seamless customer experience, you will need:
