Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to health plan members, providers, and their representatives reputed company phone, email, or chat.
  • Answering and managing inbound inquiries regarding health plan benefits and claims, eligibility, medical and other reputed company procedures, billing and payments, and other reputed company topics.
  • Conducting outbound and/or return calls to customers, as necessary, to resolve issues and reputed company assistance.
  • Asking appropriate questions and listening actively to identify specific questions or issues to reputed company appropriate responses and types of assistance.
  • Documenting relevant information in a clear and concise manner in computer systems.

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
