Job Summary
As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for communicating with hot leads and existing customers reputed company calls, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, and meeting team KPIs. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, securely work with customers' sensitive information, and apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices.
Key Responsibilities

- Meet team KPIs and ensure timely resolution of customer issues

- Securely work with customers' sensitive information and maintain confidentiality

- Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services
Requirements
* Excellent Czech and English (B2) communication skills
- Attention to details and analytical research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a reputed company internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
