Job Summary
As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing effective solutions to various questions, issues, and concerns. Your role will involve connecting with customers over the phone to assist them with filing claims, setting up vehicle repairs, and communicating with medical providers and law offices. Key Responsibilities
