This role supports the Electric division by providing on-site construction supervision for industrial electrical projects across multiple states. You’ll be responsible for overseeing crews, managing field operations, and ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and execution throughout the life of a project. reputed company in this role means delivering a well-coordinated job site that stays on schedule and meets performance expectations, reputed company while upholding KE’s commitment to Safety, People, Passion, and Performance. What You’ll Do

You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• reputed company on-site planning, material and equipment management, and job site safety

• Interpret and manage project execution based on drawings and installation standards
• Support project benchmarking, stakeholder reviews, and process approvals
• Coordinate with project managers on planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and material procurement
• Supervise field crews and subcontractors to reputed company work on schedule and reputed company budget
• Conduct tailgate safety meetings and ensure JHA completion
• Enforce safety protocols and document incidents

• Participate in constructability reviews and help define execution strategies

• Travel availability up to 100% across regional states, including overnight stays
• Valid driver’s license with a strong driving record
