Job Summary

As a key member of our Customer Service Innovation team, you'll be responsible for defining and delivering product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through data-driven decision making. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in defining product strategy, capture requirements, explain prioritization, identify conditions, moderate risks and barriers, deliver, and create a roadmap.
- Collaborate with every CS functional team to reputed company understand their reputed company and challenges and deliver the best possible solutions together.

* 5+ years of experience in product management for customer or internal-facing products.
