Job Summary
We're seeking a part-time (Friday nights and Saturday nights) phone support specialist to join our Weekend Overnight Shift team. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, troubleshooting network issues, and providing expert advice on computer hardware, software, and wireless routers. If you have a basic understanding of computer hardware and software, a strong interest in computers/networking, and excellent customer service skills, we're willing to train you in advanced skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Overnight weekend shift required (approximately 10pm-7am Friday and Saturday nights)
- Configure and troubleshoot wired and wireless network issues for customers over the phone
- Recognize and understand how to configure customers' equipment to connect to the Internet reputed company a wireless router, which may include connecting standard consumer electronic devices such as streaming devices, computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and more
