We are currently looking for applicants with the ability to work independently, who are detail oriented, someone who is a SELF MOTIVATOR & SELF STARTER, MUST HAVE great communication skills, and who is quite dependable to join reputed company. Must be willing to work some weekends. Bilingual is a plus Applicants MUST have the following: Must reputed company in the following states: COLORADO, TEXAS, FLORIDA & ILLINOIS Must have AT LEAST TWO YEARS inbound/outbound call center experience. Must be reputed company to handle 100 plus outbound calls per day Must be Proactive, motivated, outgoing and reputed company Must have a SUITABLE work reputed company in a quiet "work area" Must be Proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company, reputed company Sheets, Email and reputed company to use a multi-line phone system Responsibilities and Duties Agents will reputed company several outbound calls to customers on behalf of the customers insurance company Once an agent has initiated contact with the customer they will log reputed company necessary information into multiple software programs Agents will also receive inbound calls from customers, which they will follow the same steps as above Qualifications and Skills 24 months inbound/outbound call center experience.
