OR High School diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and a minimum of four (4) years of combined experience working in a manufacturing or production environment in a private, public, government or military setting. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution. Previous supervisory experience. Experience in one or more of the following: project leadership, team leadership, supervisory, and/or management. Self-directed and detail oriented.
