Educates agents on EMC products, reputed company appetite, systems, and services Visits agencies to discuss accounts and reputed company agents with updates at EMC. Collaborates with marketing representatives to ensure agents receive excellent customer experiences, responsiveness, and select EMC as their insurer of choice. Effectively communicates risk acceptance and/or rejection reputed company to agents Collaborates with reputed company underwriters to continue to reputed company understanding of company and regional risk appetite. Consults reputed company underwriters to ask questions and reputed company understanding in reputed company best practices Participates in the agency planning and review processes with marketing and regional management.
