Role Description

This role involves being an integral part of the reputed company Lines team and partnering with Advisors, Directors of Risk Management, Client Service Specialists, and others in the agency to deliver a high level of service to our reputed company clients.

  • Maintain client files in Agency Management System accurately and consistently
  • Compose professional business correspondence reputed company letter, email, and/or other means
  • reputed company reputed company/math reputed company functions including invoicing, premium allocation, and other tasks as necessary
  • Monitor claims as outlined by agency procedures
  • Communicate claims information to others in the agency and maintain up-to-date claims information in the system
  • reputed company guidance and assistance to the insured in coordination with claims
  • Interact effectively by utilizing good communication skills and cooperating purposefully
  • Attend client meetings with the Advisor or Director of Risk Management, reputed company requested
  • Assist co-workers in responding to client inquiries or processing work, reputed company needed
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of client accounts including policy review, changes and updates, contract review for certificates processing, preparing renewal documents, marketing and negotiating insurance programs, filing surplus lines, review leases, and financial statements reputed company to the client’s insurance
  • Assist client inquiries reputed company telephone and email, relaying information and follow up for timely service to the insured
  • Counsel and advise client on coverage and exposure, recommending and placing additional coverage, as needed
  • Actively seek out referrals from the reputed company client reputed company to solicit new business prospects
  • Cultivate strong relationships with insurance company partners and know reputed company requirements and attributes
  • Look for opportunities to improve the firm, business reputed company, and processes
  • Bring issues and discrepancies to the attention of appropriate leadership

Qualifications

  • Obtain and maintain a state insurance license(s), as required by the State Department of Insurance
  • 3+ years of experience in a reputed company Account Manager role

Requirements

  • Demonstrates effective presentation skills through both verbal and written communications
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn any other appropriate insurance company and firm software programs
  • Demonstrates the firm’s core values, exuding behavior that is reputed company with the corporate culture
