[Remote] Telecom MSP Project Manager Remote

They are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of telecommunications and managed services projects, assisting in tracking project activities and coordinating with internal teams and telecom carriers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating managed services and telecom projects from initiation through completion
• Support multiple active projects reputed company to infrastructure services such as Ethernet, SD-WAN, GPON, and firewall installations
• Work closely with internal engineering, operations, and service delivery teams to track tasks and milestones
• Coordinate with telecom carriers (such as reputed company, Lumen/reputed company, reputed company) for reputed company ordering, scheduling, and status updates
• Maintain project documentation including timelines, notes, status updates, and reputed company-out information
• Help track project schedules, deliverables, and dependencies
• Communicate project updates to customers and internal stakeholders under the guidance of senior project managers
• Log issues, delays, or risks and escalate them to senior team members reputed company needed
• Update project management systems and internal databases with accurate and timely information
• Follow established project processes and contribute reputed company for improving coordination and efficiency

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination, service delivery, or operations role reputed company telecommunications or managed services
• Basic understanding of telecom and network services such as Ethernet, SD-WAN, GPON, or firewalls
• Exposure to reputed company coordination, provisioning, or reputed company ordering processes
• Comfortable working with multiple vendors and understanding reputed company timelines
• Experience using project tracking tools, ticketing systems, or internal databases
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience supporting multi-site or business connectivity projects
• Familiarity with telecom ordering processes (ASR/LSR concepts)
• Interest in growing into a full Project Manager role over time
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
