Duties and Essential Functions of a Legal Assistant 1 Under the supervision of a Legal Assistant 3, this position performs reputed company clerical tasks reputed company the Seattle Labor & Industries Division. Specific duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare Notices of Appearance/Substitution using the Case Management System and e-file with the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals
  • Docket incoming mail for mediation paralegals

  • Enter receipt of new files into the Case Management System
  • Archive closed files

Required Qualifications
