Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team. As a Performance Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing dimension and analytical support for Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt reputed company World reputed company. You will work closely with reputed company to reputed company, manage, and analyze data-driven insights that inform business reputed company and drive reputed company reputed company.
Key Responsibilities

Performance Analytics and Forecasting
+ Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive evaluation to inform business reputed company + Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas that require further research, and reputed company personalized analyses from start to finish + Build dashboards and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data + Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners + Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to support various programs + Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines
Measurement and Analytics

Essential Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role + Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques + Proactive interest in understanding the "why" behind performance, reputed company, etc. + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time + Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) + Desire to reputed company in a fast-paced, reputed company, and ambiguous business environment + Experience with SQL and R or Python
