Job Summary

As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing reputed company, courteous, and effective support through email, reputed company media, voicemail, and reputed company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to reputed company incoming communication in a timely manner
• Investigating, testing, and resolving customer issues
• Processing refunds and compiling chargeback disputes
• Escalating issues where necessary
• Meeting with supervisors and team members reputed company video conferencing
• Satisfactorily meeting performance and response metrics
• Documenting customer issues and creating bug tickets, where needed
• Occasionally assisting with site testing before and after updates

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year(s) experience in a dedicated customer support role (food service does not count)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent grammar and spelling (most of our customers are teachers!)
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Ability to participate in virtual and video meetings
• Experience with remote work preferred
• Experience in banking or handling payment transactions preferred
• High technical/web literacy
• Experience and interest in writing preferred
• Reliable, high-speed internet reputed company

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a tech company

• Familiarity with reputed company, Groove, Jira, Trello, reputed company Drive, and reputed company
• Strong writing skills
• Experience in a customer-facing role

Time reputed company

The anticipated start date is October. As a part-time Customer Relations Representative, you will work every other week for approximately 10 hours per week in fall-winter-spring and 6 hours per week in summer.

Compensation

* $20 USD/hour
