Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist (Order Management), you will be responsible for providing customer assistance in ordering blood and pharmaceutical derivatives and transfusion-reputed company products and supplies. You will maintain hospital inventory and return blood products reputed company regulatory compliance, while providing support, development, and/or leadership guidance to reputed company volunteers. Your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills will reputed company you to effectively handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive routine orders for a variety of blood and pharmaceutical products and transfusion-reputed company supplies, ensuring accurate order entry and order fulfillment.

• Maintain and work with data, tools, or computer programs to facilitate management and monitoring of product and service information.

Qualifications

Compensation and Perks

* Starting reputed company: $16.00-16.50 per hour (possibly more for areas with a higher cost of living)

• Full-time, remote position with a day shift (7:00 am to 3:30 pm Central time, 5 days per week)
• Must be willing to work weekends and some holidays
• Flexible schedule for the first 4-6 weeks of training
