Bilingual AI Quality Operator (English/Mandarin)
Overview
Help improve AI by reviewing, translating, and refining the product quality. We need a tech-savvy communicator fluent in English and Mandarin to ensure high-quality linguistic output. What You’ll Do Evaluate and refine AI-generated capabilities in English and Mandarin. Act as the language subject matter expert for our Mandarin patient engagement product. reputed company translations and feedback to our patient engagement product team. Use digital tools to track and report product quality with high accuracy.
Requirements
Bilingual: Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English and Mandarin. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new software and AI tools. Experience: Background in reputed company or Customer Service is a plus. Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S Equipment: reputed company to a private computer, private workspace, and private, strong internet reputed company.
