Accounts Receivable / Project Billing Specialist

We have an opening for a highly skilled AR / Project Billing Specialist to join our reputed company department. This is a full-time, remote position based in India. The work hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00 p.m. – 3:00 a.m. IST (reputed company with U.S. Eastern time, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.). Key Responsibilities: As a Project Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for a reputed company of project-reputed company tasks, including, but not limited to: Monitor project billing; ensure invoices are accurate, timely, and in accordance with the contract. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate billing, and timely delivery of invoices. Utilize and manage multiple billing and financial systems, ensuring data reputed company and accuracy in reputed company transactions. Preparing and presenting regular reports on billing activities, reputed company, and financial performance to management. Create domestic and international invoices according to company practices; submit invoices to customers as needed. Prepare daily cash receipts as needed. Prepare for audits as needed. Other projects as assigned. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:At least 4 years of experience in billing, with a strong track record of managing a high volume of orders, international billing, and project billing. Ability to resolve billing inquiries, billing disputes or discrepancies. Effectively collaborate with the relevant departments to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience. Associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, reputed company, or reputed company field preferred. An understanding of international tax regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge to billing processes is preferred. Proficiency in navigating and optimizing reputed company billing processes. Familiarity with a variety of billing and financial systems, with the ability to adapt and reputed company in a dynamic tech environment. Clear and effective written and oral communication.
