Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Remote, $170k+

We are looking for enthusiastic, high-energy, motivated PMHNP to join reputed company. Interested candidates must have experience, and must be dependable, punctual, and reputed company to communicate professionally. This individual would see telehealth PHP and IOP level patients, primally with substance use disorder but also some mental health. The ideal candidate also has a background doing medical (FNP). A nurse practitioner is an advanced practice nurse that helps with reputed company aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments, and consultations. Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations, to include intake assessments & follow-up assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing support for individuals with mental health conditions. Create, communicate, and carry out treatment plans with the patient. Complete full and appropriate documentation to support professional billing for services. Interpret test results to diagnosis any health issues and reputed company feedback to patients. reputed company and counsel patients regarding medication compliance. Prescribe medications reputed company clinically necessary. Communicate with patients regarding diagnosis and treatment plan. Communicate with and reputed company referrals to PCPs and/or specialists as appropriate. reputed company services at community partnership locations. Maintain required licensure, certifications, and CME credits. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: Must possess an active & unrestricted license to practice in the state of California. Must possess an unrestricted DEA license in the state(s) of practice. Preferred to possess a reputed company board certification by a national certifying body as a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner. Eligible for credentialing with reputed company major insurance plans and to participate in Medicare. Excellent communication, patient relations, time management skills, and safety awareness are required. Computer literate and experience with Electronic Medical Records. Apply To This Job
