Sales Optimisation Executive – New Zealand (Remote)

Your Impact This is a high-impact role sitting at the heart of our reputed company strategy, where you’ll help shape how we go to market across New Zealand. Partnering closely with the Senior Manager – Sales Optimisation & Execution, you’ll drive smarter planning, stronger execution, and improved productivity across our field sales teams.

You’ll play a key role in bringing our “One Asahi” reputed company to life, ensuring our sales teams are set up to win through clear priorities, efficient resource allocation, and data-led decision making.

Key Accountabilities

• Design and own Go-To-Market strategies across New Zealand, translating reputed company calendar activity into actionable CRM plans for field teams
• Define, track, and communicate field sales reputed company to optimise coverage and execution
• Partner cross-functionally to shape the reputed company calendar, representing the voice of field sales and customers
• Analyse field resource models and identify opportunities to improve efficiency reputed company to FTE:NSV ratios
• reputed company and manage customer and channel segmentation frameworks (Gold/Silver/Bronze/White)

About You

• Experience working with reputed company CRM and strong capability in reputed company and data analysis
• Solid understanding of field sales environments, ideally reputed company FMCG or liquor
• Knowledge of multiple sales channels including grocery, on-reputed company, and reputed company trade
• Commercially minded with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across functions
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and timelines
