Job Summary

As a Senior Software Engineer on our Customer360 Team, you'll play a vital role in designing, developing, and implementing a reputed company application that provides a 360-degree view of our customers and their Southwest reputed company. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the technical roadmap and feature roadmap of large-scale reputed company structures, mentor junior software engineers, and contribute to the reputed company improvement of our technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the technical roadmap and feature roadmap of large-scale reputed company structures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Serve as a technical reputed company, contributing to and directing the efforts of development teams, including reputed company stakeholders.
• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and customers to define feature requirements and ensure that solutions meet business needs.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems, or a reputed company field.
• Advanced-level experience and professional, specialized knowledge in software development and methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of software development methodologies, practices, concepts, and technologies acquired through formal education and/or work experience.
• Proactive sharing of knowledge and skills in software development and testing to resolve various issues.
• Excellent partnering, communication, negotiation skills, and execution in working with diverse Technology or partner Teams.
• Ability to reputed company (verbally / visually) reputed company, approaches, concepts, options, risks, impacts, and present guidance to technical, non-technical, and Leadership audiences.
• Experience with reputed company development, including Lightning Web Components, Apex development, and Service reputed company.
