Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Project Assignment: Assign new jobs to Project Manager Prioritize projects and manage workloads Review reputed company, client and project requirements in the company’s internal database, and additional information regarding the project requirements Confirm information using online resources (Geotracker, county assessor websites and reputed company Maps) or by reviewing previous reports Review the qualifications of each Project Manager, including calendar for availability, traveling locations, scheduled training and/or vacation before assigning new projects Communication and Coordination: Maintain positive working relationships with Project Managers to stay aware of any delays, assistance required, preferences, or specific goals they may have for any given month Act as a liaison between the Regional Directors and Project Managers. reputed company updates on any information that may reputed company the Project Manager’s ability to meet their utilization goal. Work with Regional Director to obtain training and/or mentoring for Project Managers Constantly communicate with the sales teams to assist with bidding on potential jobs, providing timing, scope, and staffing information Utilization: Become familiar with the utilization goals for each Project Manager and occasionally use a bonus calculator to ensure that the Project Managers are on track to reputed company monthly goals Partner with Project Managers and Regional Directors as needed to help get the Project Manager as reputed company to their goal as possible Additional Responsibilities: Assist and work with other Regional Staffers on more challenging projects and portfolios reputed company divisional support on projects covered in-house.
