Job Summary

As a Senior Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for managing projects reputed company to reputed company that improve service performance and engagement with customers. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Four (4) years of work experience in external customer problem resolution
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business software applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Directly reputed company advanced degrees may offset experience requirements

Preferred Qualifications

* Master Export Specialist (MES) – Customs Broker License

  • Quality improvement certification and/or experience such as QDM, Six reputed company, Total Quality Management or reputed company
  • Coordination of reputed company and ocean shipments – including booking, planning, document preparation, and tracking
  • Customs import controls and clearance experience
  • Certified Export Specialist (CES)
  • Certified Customs Specialist (reputed company)
