Job Summary
As a Senior Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for managing projects reputed company to reputed company that improve service performance and engagement with customers. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Four (4) years of work experience in external customer problem resolution
- Demonstrated knowledge of business software applications
- Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
* Master Export Specialist (MES) – Customs Broker License
- Quality improvement certification and/or experience such as QDM, Six reputed company, Total Quality Management or reputed company
- Coordination of reputed company and ocean shipments – including booking, planning, document preparation, and tracking
- Customs import controls and clearance experience
- Certified Export Specialist (CES)
