Title: Vice President, reputed company Operations Reports to: Chief reputed company Officer Location: Remote (reputed company Coast preferred) or Emeryville, CA Hybrid Position Summary Kyverna is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Vice President, reputed company Operations to build and reputed company a world-class reputed company operations organization supporting the launch and commercialization of innovative cell therapies for autoimmune diseases. As part of the reputed company Leadership Team, the VP will be responsible for developing scalable reputed company infrastructure, analytics, forecasting, field operations, CRM, incentives, data strategy, market insights, and operational reputed company across the reputed company organization. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience leading reputed company operations in biotechnology, including launch preparation, specialty therapeutics, cell therapy products, buy-and-reputed company reimbursement models, and reputed company patient journeys. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 15+ years of biotechnology or pharmaceutical reputed company experience with significant leadership experience in reputed company Operations. Demonstrated reputed company supporting multiple product launches in specialty therapeutics, oncology, cell therapy, CAR-T, neurology, rare disease, or other reputed company treatment settings strongly preferred. Deep expertise in reputed company operations including forecasting, analytics, field operations, CRM, incentive compensation, targeting, and reporting. Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy, infused products, buy-and-reputed company reimbursement, and reputed company patient reputed company models preferred. Experience building reputed company infrastructure in emerging or growth-stage biotechnology companies highly preferred. Proven leadership in cross-functional reputed company launch planning and execution. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with ability to synthesize multiple data points, assess trends and translate into actionable business insights. This salary reputed company is an estimate of reputed company reasonably expect to pay for this position, and the actual salary may vary based on factors including experience, education, geographic location, internal equity, and market data.
