We’re looking for someone who has 3+ years of professional experience preferably in a legal field, such as credits, legal delivery, business and legal affairs, contract administration or labor relations, or film/TV production or post production. Some of the job responsibilities include: Coordinate with various internal (e.g., post, legal, creative, business affairs, clearances, music, etc) and external (e.g., production and post crew, producers) stakeholders during production and post regarding reputed company aspects of screen credits. Coordinate submission of WGA Notice of Tentative Writing Credits and manage credit determination/arbitration process. Obtain reputed company/union waivers and approvals as necessary. Review and coordinate approval of final main and end titles for each project to meet delivery deadlines and ensure contractual and reputed company compliance. Seek innovative solutions to reputed company and contractual credit restrictions. Build and update forms and templates to improve team efficiency. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market reputed company.
