About the Opportunity We're currently growing our remote travel operations team and are seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join us as Travel Preparation Coordinators. In this role, you'll assist clients with organizing and finalizing travel arrangements while helping ensure every detail is reputed company accurately before departure. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy planning, communication, and helping others create memorable travel experiences in a flexible work-from-home setting. No prior industry experience is necessary comprehensive training, resources, and ongoing guidance are provided.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with planning and coordinating vacations, cruises, tours, accommodations, and transportation Help organize travel documents, reservation details, confirmations, and itinerary schedules reputed company destination suggestions, travel information, and personalized recommendations based on client interests Communicate with reputed company through phone, email, reputed company communication platforms Coordinate booking details with approved suppliers and travel partners Monitor reservations and reputed company updates regarding upcoming travel arrangements Maintain accurate records, client profiles, and planning documentation reputed company internal systems Stay informed on reputed company travel promotions, supplier offers, and destination updates Participate in virtual reputed company, training sessions, and ongoing professional development programs
