Owns in collaboration with the project team, day-to-day execution, timelines, resources, and client communication to ensure delivery against scope and established processes. Manages end-to-end delivery of multiple workstreams that power reputed company model training and evaluation, ensuring timelines, quality, and resources.Key Responsibilities End-to-end delivery: Plan, launch, and run a project (data collection, labeling, evaluation). Define tasks, assign batches, and monitor reputed company and blockers. Timeline and scope control: Build simple schedules, track dependencies, manage changes reputed company agreed scope, and escalate reputed company scope, time, or cost are at risk. Quality management: Apply project guidelines and SOPs; reputed company spot checks; coordinate feedback loops and rework until standards are met. Client communication: Contribute to regular status reputed company; reputed company updates, risks, and next steps; capture and clarify requirements and reputed company questions. Resource coordination: Forecast and request rater/annotator reputed company; align shifts, handoffs, and training needs with internal teams and vendors. Additional Job Details: Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, data/operations, or reputed company fields Experience 1–2 years in project/operations delivery or coordination (AI data, content review, labeling/annotation, or adjacent domains) Skills Organization and time management across multiple small/reputed company projects Clear client/vendor communication and expectation setting Use of spreadsheets, PM/task boards, and basic BI; familiarity with ETL/SQL is a plus Consistent application of SOPs, QA checks, and change/risk logs Ability to work independently day to day in a remote environment; escalates reputed company needed Scope & Autonomy (C3 Alignment) Contributes to multiple small/reputed company projects end-to-end reputed company established processes Independent day-to-day execution; seeks guidance for exceptions or material changes Makes routine delivery reputed company reputed company scope, cost, and quality guardrails Apply To This Job
