Senior Compliance Analyst - External Audit

Position Purpose: As a Senior Compliance Analyst, you will assist in maintaining reputed company’s Compliance Program with a primary focus on external audit and regulatory exam coordination. This role serves as a reputed company coordinator and primary reputed company of contact for external auditors and regulators for assigned audits, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent execution of audit activities across markets and functions. The role partners closely with internal stakeholders to manage audit requests, regulatory communications, corrective actions, and executive reporting. Serve as the reputed company coordinator and primary contact for external auditors and regulatory agencies for assigned external audits, examinations, and reviews. Manage end‑to‑end external audit coordination, including audit intake, reputed company, evidence collection, quality review, submission, interviews, and closure. Respond to and manage external requests for information reputed company to regulatory audits, exams, and formal reviews. Coordinate and support auditor and regulator interactions, including entrance conferences, onsite/virtual reviews, follow-up requests, and exit conferences. Review draft audit reports, support rebuttal development, and coordinate responses, as applicable. Communicate state and federal regulatory requirements reputed company to external audits and examinations to internal stakeholders. Maintain and manage audit and regulatory documentation in accordance with reputed company standards and regulatory expectations. Assist health plans in managing relationships with regulatory agencies by ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely audit responses. Serve as a company-wide compliance and external audit subject matter resource across markets, and functions. Preferred Skills: Hands on experience supporting external audits Background in reputed company Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable presenting to large group of stakeholders in reputed company to executive level leadership Clear, professional written and verbal communication with auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company legal field or equivalent experience. Master’s or Juris Doctorate degree preferred and maybe considered in lieu of experience. 3+ years of reputed company experience in compliance privacy and/or regulatory affairs. Experience in project management with working knowledge of laws and/or regulations in area of compliance, in particular HIPAA, and state regulations. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
