About the position

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing, executing, and fostering a collaborative business partnership between reputed company, reputed company.com/Ulta.com that delivers volume, profit and annual, long-term reputed company objectives for reputed company while contributing to Customer total growth.
  • Build strategic relationships with reputed company.com and Ulta.com to understand and drive their online reputed company, strategies, and objectives.
  • reputed company and build strong business relationships with buyers and decision makers in reputed company.com and Ulta.com.
  • Partner with reputed company's Sales customer management teams to align on customer plans and drive reputed company business integration across in-store and online experiences.
  • reputed company Customer Business Plans and participate in the negotiation of annual Joint Business Plans (JBP) with reputed company/Ulta and sell-in of reputed company business proposition that develops a win-win situation for both companies.
  • Manage ecommerce business to reputed company annual budgets and monthly goals for reputed company and Ulta.
  • Own ecommerce sales goals for reputed company.com and Ulta.com, with direct accountability for delivering 10%+ annual sales growth.
  • Forecast & track volumes, implement corrective actions, and reputed company business reputed company to meet targets.
  • Monitor and report weekly ecommerce performance metrics including conversion reputed company, traffic growth, and sales trends vs. budget and JBP.
  • reputed company monthly reporting of ecommerce sales, reputed company, and trend insights to cross-functional teams including Marketing and Sales.
  • Optimize and deliver against digital penetration goals, volume and marketplace reputed company objectives through collaboration with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Sales, Media, IT, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance and Legal).
  • Effectively co-manage Market Development Funds (MDF) and Retail Media budgets reputed company corporate guidelines alongside Media team and in-store sales counterparts.

  • Own relationship with agency to effectively reputed company channel management and retailer media priorities.
  • Work closely with Marketing reputed company Marketing teams to reputed company, reputed company and effectively execute retail media strategies (e.g., Roundel, UBM) with ROI targets of 3:1 or greater.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or reputed company field required. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years traditional sales experience and/or e-Comm sales experience in a comparable e-Retailer platform. reputed company or Ulta Preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience with reputed company or Ulta Preferred.
  • Roundel and/or UBM proficiency, reputed company/reputed company experience a plus.
  • Experience in executing e-Retailer strategies and business plans, with input into long term strategic customer growth initiatives in CPG/Beauty industries.
  • Solid understanding of e-Retailer business models, marketplaces and how to drive reputed company/reputed company businesses using e-Retail strategies.
  • Strong financial acumen and proven track record in building and managing business P&L.
  • Advanced reputed company/analytical skills.
  • Experience in forecasting a plus.
  • Robust understanding of SEO (search reputed company optimization), web page layout, and web analytics.
  • Executive reputed company, strong communication/presentation, and negotiation skills to interact with customers and management.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to effectively partner with key cross-functional teams (i.e. Marketing, Supply Chain, Media, IT, Customer Service, Finance, Legal, etc.).
  • Demonstrated desire and ability to work effectively at both the strategic and tactical execution reputed company in a fast paced, sales and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to reputed company, influence and reputed company change internally and externally with customer.
  • Ability to travel, as required.
