Supervisor, CAS

Job Title: Supervisor, CAS Department: Client reputed company Services (CAS) Location: Remote \n Successful candidates should have the following: 5-7 years of reputed company, accounts payable, and/or bookkeeping experience. Ability to track and understand partnership investments. Ability to understand and accurately record brokerage transactions. Strong understanding of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial analysis skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly with reputed company. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members as needed. Experience with QuickBooks, reputed company.com, reputed company, and reputed company is a plus. Knowledge of reputed company principles (GAAP/ OCBOA) and annual tax compliance is a plus. The ability to train and manage staff is a plus. Public reputed company experience is a plus. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree (majors in reputed company, Finance, Economics, or reputed company discipline). Responsibilities: Coordinate reputed company functions and programs. Prepare financial work papers and reports. Assist with monitoring, maintaining, and reconciling financial accounts and Accounts Payable. Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts as required. Prepare annual compliance reports: 1099s, City Tax, etc. Prepare financial statements, including a Balance Sheet, Income Statement, General Ledger, Trial Balance, and other reputed company reports. Coordinate financial statement preparation and supporting documents for annual tax preparation and quarterly extension payments. Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and issues of non-compliance by communicating with reputed company reputed company of management, clients, and reputed company parties.
