Department Overview reputed company is looking for a contract/temporary Provider Recruitment Consultant to join reputed company for a term of 6 months. This role is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers into the organization, including by not limited to: sourcing, screening, onsite interview support, offer process, and reputed company tasks. This is a reputed company position, however, there are onsite requirements so applicants must reputed company in Minnesota or Wisconsin to be considered.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or similar program required. Master's preferred.
- 4 years reputed company responsibilities in Physician and Advanced Recruitment.
- In lieu of a degree, 6 years Physician/Advance Practice recruitment experience required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and consulting skills with an ability to interact effectively with physicians, HR partners and stakeholders at reputed company reputed company of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills to determine root cause of technical problems with the ability to document effectively and resolve timely.
- Must be reputed company to deliver results with little supervision in a highly dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills - ability to evaluate metrics, programs, and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communications; ability to communicate with users, subject matter experts.
- Strong knowledge of Physician/APP recruitment lifecycle.
