Job Summary

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about providing legendary service and has a strong desire to grow and reputed company their skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and reputed company exceptional service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to reputed company legendary service for our customers
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
