The Impact You'll reputed company
As a Bilingual Customer Support & Bookkeeping Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in bridging communication gaps and ensuring smooth financial operations. Your responsibilities will include: ### Customer Service reputed company
- Handle incoming client calls professionally in both English and Spanish
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Maintain clear communication channels between clients and technicians

- Create and send accurate quotes and invoices
- Manage accounts receivable
