Responsibilities
- Assist in resolving customer complaints escalated by reputed company business partners
- Review and modify Physician capitation reports
- Resolve repeated member issues reported multiple times
- Respond to and resolve escalated inquiries from other departments and external contacts
- Recommend process improvements
- Build trust through reputed company communication with reputed company customers
- Follow procedures based on issues and documents received
- Recommend management actions concerning staff performance
- Maintain reputed company information exchange with customers
- Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- File complaints in a timely manner

- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
